Spaceflik is a simple multi-player game, ideal for 2 to 4 players. Players push an "asteroid" off their screen and it appears on other players screens - until it explodes.  It doesn't help you run meetings more efficiently, but it's fun.

Meet on Time! is an app designed for anyone who has sat in a meeting watching the clock and noticed that no one told them what the agenda is, the meeting is running over time, or there's no way everything ON the agenda will be discussed before they have to leave. Although it's in the business productivity list, it's just as valuable for non-profits, or any organisation where people have better things to do than sit in meetings all day (I think that covers all of us).

Before the meeting, it helps you create an agenda - you can download a sample to get started, or you can create one from scratch. Decide what needs to be discussed, and assign a time to each item (and an owner - so you don't get to that item and start wondering who is supposed to be leading it). The meeting is added to your calendar on your iPad or iPhone if you use Calendar, so you can get a reminder before the meeting starts. Optionally, email the meeting to the participants (it sends an html-formatted email with the meeting as an attachment, so people can open the agenda in the app if they have it, or just print the email with the agenda.

During the meeting, Meet on Time acts as a timer for each item, including notifications if you start doing something else (playing a cool game someone suggested, creating another meeting agenda, answering the phone...), because we all get distracted sometimes.

After the meeting, you can see how long each item actually took, compared to your plan. You can make copy of the meeting using the original timings, or you can create a copy using the actual times (perhaps more realistic?). This feature helps you run better meetings.  The latest version includes meeting templates to make it easier to share and re-use meeting agendas.
